A pool based Sprint Triathlon situated on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park. The bike course heads out towards the historic village of Beaulieu, with the run course going out towards the village of Dibden Purlieu. A great event for novices and experienced Triathletes alike.

Route information
The swim is 16 lengths in the leisure centre pool before heading outside to take on the bike and run sections of the course. The bike course heads out towards the historic village of Beaulieu, with the run course going out towards the village of Dibden Purlieu.
A great early season event for novices and experienced Triathletes alike.

When will the race briefing take place for The Southampton Fast Twitch Triathlon?
The race briefing will take place on the friday before the event via webinar. The briefing will be recorded for those who cannot attend the live viewing, but all entrants must watch it before attending.
Do I need to be a BTF member to enter The Southampton Fast Twitch Triathlon?
All entrants must either be a BTF member or have a BTF day licence. If either of these are out of date entrants must be £6.
What will transitions look like at the Southampton Fast Twitch Triathlon?
Big and spacious! Usually bikes are racked 4 each side to a rack but now it will be two bikes each side. Make sure you have your bike stickers on, wristband on and helmet on a done up before entering transition. The marshal will check from a distance. This will speed up the queue.
