About
The St Barnabas 5k Colour Dash is all about wearing your biggest smile, raising money for your hospice, creating colourful memories and getting messy! On 11 May 2019, fundraisers will complete a colourful charity event here at the Lincolnshire Showground, which will see runners cover 5k while splattered with friendly powdered paint. The Colour Dash is all about having fun with your friends and family! Participants must be at leave five years old, and anyone aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult.

Route information
The 5k route will be lined with paint stations which will cover runners head to toe in environmentally friendly powdered paint, with a different colour for each station. Runners will also be given their own paint which they will be able to use during the run. You can choose to run, skip or dance your way around the course.

You will receive your runner number approximately three weeks before the event.

• Bag of paint • Neon Sunglasses (various colours) • Water • Medal • Polythene poncho (to keep your car clean on the way home)
