Route information
Following the success of the 2024 St Patrick's Challenge, join ZigZag Running in 2025 for the St David's challenge. This is a time-limit-based event, where participants will run as far as possible within 6 hours (or slightly more if you start another lap before 5:59:59).
Runners will take on The Back Quack loop - 6.6 miles of stunning Suffolk countryside. Expect a decent amount of elevation (361 ft per lap) and some more than decent views. Runners may be completing their first 10k, half, marathon or more - run as far or as little as you like and take as much time as you need between each lap to rest and fuel up.
This event encourages all abilities. For those striving for an ultra distance, this race is the perfect 'no-faff' ultra experience, with no navigation needed, no special kit required and an aid station every lap.
What's included
- Bespoke medal (if selected)
- Free Parking
- Water / aid station
- Marked course and marshalls
- Coffee and Cake for all finishers
- Bag drop area (not secure)
- Chip-timed results
