Route information
10k
The race takes you along a mixture of traffic-free road, trails and off-road footpaths and is suitable for runners of all abilities
Junior Race
Approximately 800m and starts and finishes at the main gantry. The route follows the 10k course for a short while on closed roads, before heading back to the finish. It is suitable for runners of all abilities
Race Marshals
Marshals will be present on the course throughout the race.
Distance Markers
The route will be clearly indicated with arrows, tape and Km markers where necessary.

Results and Prizes
Results will be uploaded live to our website and, where possible/practical, timing print-outs will be available at the race. In all cases, results will be communicated to all pre-registered participants within 24 hours of the event.
All finishers will receive a medal and a goody bag on completing the race.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three runners overall and the top runner in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) for both males and females. Where possible, we will endeavour to present individual race prizes as soon as validated on the day.
Facilities
Bag Drop
Whilst we would recommend bringing as little as possible, you can leave your belongings with us while you race using the tear-off baggage strip on your race number, collecting after you finish by showing your number.
Race Numbers
For collection at registration on the day only, numbers will not be posted. To be fastened to the front of your top using safety pins provided at registration, your number should be visible at all times. Your timing chip is attached to the back of your number and should not be removed.
Toilets
There are free toilets in The Last Drop for use throughout the event.
Changing/Showers
There will be no changing or shower facilities at this race.
Refreshments
Pre/post-race coffee and refreshments available.
Water Stations
There will be water stations on the route at the finish, passed on each lap, at which water will be provided in recyclable plastic cups.

West Drayton train station is about 1.5 miles away, via High Street, Horton Road, and Bennetsfield.
Bus
The buses that service Stockley Park are 350, local U5 buses, and A10 Heathrow Fast.
By road
Stockley Park is signposted from the A408 and is easily accessible from M40/A40 (Junction 1, then A4020 & A408), M4 (Junction 4, then A408), and M25 (via M40 or M4). On entering the Business Park, follow signs to Stockley Park East, and then race signs to designated car parks.
Car parking
There will be allocated race car parking – please follow signs and car park marshals instructions. On entering the Business Park, follow signs to Stockley Park East, and then race signs to designated car parks. There will be allocated race car parking.

Adults & Juniors Race packs for both adults & juniors should be picked up on the day between 09:00- 10:15 from the relevant desk at Race HQ (surname order)

The baggage drop will be at the Start/Finish area from 09:15. You will be given a baggage tag when you pick up your race pack, which should be attached to your bag before taking it to the drop

Kit List
For safety reasons, it is suggested that you run without music so you can stay alert and aware of your surroundings and other runners. This way you can also soak up the energy and atmosphere and unplug!
For racing we recommend you wear your normal running kit and trainers and don't forget to keep an eye on the weather in case you require any waterproofs.

Just the course map and elevation details, I had to use someones old Strava feed to let my wife know where to stand.
