This run, race or walk, what ever you wish to call it, is in the words of John barrowman, FABULOUS, LOL, we have done this event now for a few years, I even managed to walk it one year as I had snapped 2 ligaments in my left knee, my point is its very manageable, it's a very relaxed event, no clock to beat, unless it's your own personal one, we were greeted with smiles from the organisers, and it was painless through the sign up process, even the marshals out on the course, despite the 40 mph winds were still full of laughs and smiles, we love this event and will continue to support it, oh and did I mention how cheap it was, it cost us 5 each, and you get an embroidered patch to remember the day by, thank you for this eventRegardsJeff smart

My first year and I thoroughly enjoyed it . The route was so scenic , check points very supportive (although all had run out of biscuits ) , signage whilst helpful just needed to be larger in places . That said Id definutely recommend it , great value for money , the most superb bacon rolls pre and post run .For me it was the most perfect step to get back into my endurance running

Great event. Back to run it after a ten year gap. Uncertain what some people got a certificate yet I didn't?!

Cracking event over some amazing scenery - including the famous Stonehenge. There are some serious hills and quite a bit of mud if it's been wet. I'd advise getting there early as the parking is limited. Also, make sure you familiarise yourself with the routes as the signage is possibly a bit minimal - but all there once you know what you're looking for :-). Great atmosphere and very friendly staff offering drinks and biscuits at pit stops every 5km. I'll definitely do it again.Oh, did I mention, entry fees are only 5 per person (2019) and you get a free badge. Homemade cake and hot food available at the end for a small fee.

The course was fun and challenging, as someone who doesn't run a lot of elevation it was a nice change getting some hills in, organisation seemed fairly good, there was some waiting around at some of the checkpoints early due to congestion of other walkers / runners.

Can be done like a race or as a family dog walk. I did a jog/walk with my dog and friends. Challenging but fun.
