This undulating figure of eight marathon route will start and finish at the Village Hall car park in Nayland and pass through some breathtaking landscapes. There'll be plenty of great views of the Stour Valley and Dedham Vale as well as thriving wildlife to keep runners entertained.
You will be guided on this marathon run so there's no danger of getting lost or having to worry about navigation. All you have to do is turn up and run.

Please be at the Village Hall car park in Nayland to meet Kelly and Chris, the run leaders, ready to start the guided run at 08:00.

There will be a mid way stop along the guided marathon route for runners to take on nutrition.

What will I need for the Stour Valley Guided Marathon?
You'll need to have trail shoes, a hydration vest with 1 litre of water, a water proof jacket, hat & gloves and a base layer. It will be very exposed and cold in areas you are encouraged to bring extra layers.
