Route information
Trail runs are perfect both for experienced athletes and absolute beginners alike and allow you to enjoy the historic surroundings of Stowe Gardens.
Both the 6k and 12k courses follow the same route, with the 12k taking a second lap of the course. The route, which is a mix of grass, path, and gravel trail, begins at New Inn Visitor Centre. Run down to the entrance of the landscape gardens and race past the Temple of Friendship, the Temple of British Worthies, and across the Palladian Bridge. Return back past 11 Acre Lake and race back to the New Inn Visitor Centre to celebrate with friends and family.
