Stradbroke Triathlon

Taking place at The Stradbroke Swim and Fitness Centre, it’s an ideal early season triathlon for anyone who is new to the triathlon world. The swim is short and simple, a 160m pool swim whereby triathletes swim two lengths of each lane in the pool before exiting the water. The cycle route is amazing! A single 17km loop taking in some breathtaking (literally) views along country roads. Sweet and simple the run is two laps of a 1.5km route around playing fields next to the leisure centre and on the headland of adjoining arable fields.This race is suitable for youths and adults aged 15+ and is an ideal introduction to triathlon competition as well as a great warm up to the season for more experienced competitors.
