Route information
Swim
The 160m swim will be in the pool at Stradbroke Swim and Fitness Centre. The 160m will be two lengths of each lane.
Cycle
This 17k cycle route will be a scenic tour of the open Suffolk roads surrounding Stradbroke.
Run
You'll run 1.5k over two laps of the playfields and arable fields around the Fitness centre.
Tristar & Youth Aquathlons
There'll be an aquathlon available for children and youth entrants to compete in. This will be the 160m swim and 1.5k run.

The triathlon is perfect for youths and adults aged 15 and over.
The TriStar Aquathlon is suitable for entrants aged 8 to 14.
