Starting on the seafront in Lowestoft, runners will embark on a 50km point to point run along the Suffolk Coastal Path. The trail meanders its way along the East Coast providing a huge variety of running.
The route will also pass through some stunning habitats such as Benacre, Dingle Marshes, Walberswick and RSPB Minsmere.
The terrain is majority dirt trails with a section of paved/tarmac paths and country lanes.
There are checkpoints at the following distances:
  • CP1: Kessingland- 6.8km (WC)
  • CP2: Reydon- 21.8km (WC)
  • CP3: Dunwich Church - 34.1km
  • CP4: Sizewell - 43km (WC)

Directions
Take the A12 and follow the B1532 arriving at Claremont Pier.
Parking
Parking is available at the finish line and at the starting area at Pakefield Road car park. Parking is £4, paid via the RingGo app.

Aid Stations
There are fully stocked aid stations on the course which will contain electrolyte drinks, energy gels and crisps and sweets.
Facilities
There will be free coffee and tea at registration and lots of public toilets nearby.
There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and ice cream vans at the finish line too.
Age Restrictions
Participants must be aged at least 20 years or older.
Bag Drop
Bag drop is available at the event, bags will be transferred by 5pm.
Cut-off
The Cut-off time for the event is 9 hours, meaning all runners must be finished by 17:30
Crowds
Spectators are welcome to come and support at the finish line located in front of Moot Hall/Aldeburgh Museum.
It is a bustling section of the footpath, and several businesses operate in this area, so please stand to one side and do not block the main path.There is limited parking along Market Cross. We recommend using Thorpe Road Car Park, located 500m north of the finish area.
