Route information
The Suffolk Trail Festival is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a weekend trail run in the heart of the forest.
With a number of distances on offer, from a 3k Fun Run, a 10k Trail Race, or 6, 12, and 24 hour endurance challenges, there's definitely something for all types of runners.
6, 12 and 24 Hour Runs
The endurance races will see runners complete as many laps of the 5 mile course within the chosen time limit as they can. A test of endurance, speed, fitness, mental toughness, and teamwork, this is the ultimate challenge.
Runners can choose to take on any distance they want, whether thats 5 miles, a Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or going even further and taking on an Ultra, use this to see how far you can travel within your allocated time. If you feel like pushing yourself even further, why not run 100 miles?
These timed events are the perfect way to push yourself and try out a new distance, so whether you want to try your first ever marathon, or you want to really challenge your limits and shoot for the 100 miles, theres something for everyone.
The 12 and 24 hour races can be entered individually or as pairs. Runners in the 24 hour challenge can also participate as a team of up to 8 people.
More detailed route information will be available to entrants closer to the event date.
Team details need to be provided to the event organiser 6 weeks before the event.
