The Summer League is an inter-club competition of five races between June and August at various venues around London. The clubs in the league this year are Dulwich Park Runners, Metros, Ealing, Hayes and Harlington, Mornington Chasers, Serpentine RC, Sudbury Court, Ealing Eagles and Queens Park Harriers.

Lap 1
Follow the road for a whole loop around the inside of the park anti-clockwise

Lap 2
Pass the start and follow the road again around the park anti-clockwise, exiting via Rosebery Gate (marked exit/ Dulwich Common on the map). Turn left running on the pavement to the traffic lights please keep to the pavement here by a closed pub and turn left again. Run past a bus shelter and entrances to an estate (be careful of estate traffic) and a 2nd bus shelter. Turn left into Court Lane. Run all the way down Court Lane, at the bottom turn sharp left around the cemetery. Run past pub, shops and cafes and turn left to re-enter the park at College Gate. Veer right towards the start line when directed by the marshals. Please be aware of traffic inside the park in this area.
