Route information
This 12 hour event in the picturesque Brandon Country Park is perfect for your next running adventure. The 5.3k route takes you through the heart of Thetford Forest, consisting of gravel footpaths and some grassy sections.
You can run as much or little as you like within your chosen timeframe, choosing to rest between laps if you wish. Whether you are looking to run your 1st 10k, or your 50th Marathon, the brilliant Zig Zag Running team will cheer you all the way around. You will have 12, 6 or 3 hours to complete as many laps as you can! Please note that if you want to start at 8am and run for as long as possible, you must sign up to the 12 hour event. If you sign up to the 6 or 3 hours, you will be asked to stop at the end of this time. The length of time you have to complete your target distance depends on when you start.

Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 18 or older in order to take part in this event.
Start Waves
You can choose the wave start time you would like when booking. If you start at 8am, you will have the full 12 hours to complete your distance. If you start at 8am, 11am or 2pm, you will have 6 hours. And if you start at 8am, 11am, 2pm or 5pm, you will have 3 hours to complete your chosen distance. Please note that regardless of the time you start, those signed up to the 6 or 3 hour event will be told to stop when the time is up. As such, if you want to run as much as possible, select the 12 hour event.
Lucky Dip Medal
The lucky dip medal gives runners a chance of receiving a previous Zig Zag Events medal for a slightly reduced cost. This can be chosen when registering and ensures a little surprise on event day.
Zig Zag Running
Since 2000, Zoe of Zig Zag Running started running, starting from scratch with the feat of trying to get to complete a 5k, taking the couch to 5k training plan. It just didn't stop there, over the years pushing herself, this self motivation eventually evolved into marathon running. Zoe has completed Marathons, Ultra Marathons, 5 Marathons in 5 Days, 52 marathons in 52 weeks, 10 marathons in 10 days, 100 marathons in 100 weeks, a 50k & a 50 mile Ultra marathon, with her target next of completing a 100 mile race. Stephens background is in Hypnosis, therapy, sports coaching and Entertainment. During this time we have both gained valuable experience in what it takes to organise a good marathon, we have also both met and made friends with some wonderful people who are such fun to be around, with useful advice, assistance and encouragement throughout the country and even in other corners of the world Our mission is to give our runners the best experience and encourage others to achieve their goals and dreams and to also impart the ideals of good sportsmanship, community and health.

How old do I need to be to take part in Suntime Runtime?
All runners must be aged 18 or older.
Do I need to complete the distance I signed up to?
No - these are a guideline or a goal. As long as you complete at least one lap then you are considered a finisher and will receive a medal.
Will there be aid stations at Suntime Runtime?
There is a water/aid station located at the lap point, which is also where race HQ is.
Is there somewhere to store baggage at Suntime Runtime?
There will be an area for bags, however these are left at your own risk and should not contain valuables where possible.
Do I have to run continuously at Suntime Runtime?
No, choose to run as much or as little within the time as you like. Do 1 lap per hour for 12 hours, or run as many as you can within the 3 hours - it's totally up to you!
