Route information
This is the final event in a series of 4 coastal races taking place this year. Each race will earn you a bespoke medal with a coastal theme, and can be used as a coaster or something similar if the ribbon is removed, or of course added to your proud collection.
The course starts on the upper promenade at Holland on Sea and takes you along the seafront towards Frinton on Sea. Runners will head through the beautiful Holland Country Park along the gravel tracks, before heading back along the Sea wall to Holland on Sea. The Lower Promenade will give beautiful views of the sea and the sandy beach before you head back up to the Upper Promenade to complete the race.
