Route information
Kicking off at The Surrey Hills Cafe, you will set out on an 18 mile point to point adventure through the gorgeous Surrey countryside. The route slowly meanders through the picturesque village of Coldharbour before a climb up onto Leith Hill. At 294 meters this is the highest point in Surrey and on a clear day you can see the City of London and the Atlantic Ocean. The route then plunges down through beautiful woodland to Holmbury Hill. A long section follows with a slow ascent to Ranmore Common before crossing the river Mole to finish on Box Hill, near Box Hill and Westhumble train station.

Holmewood station is a short distance from the start of the walk. The walk finishes in close proximity to Box Hill and Westhumble train station.

Fitness Level
This walk will take roughly 8 hours and while it is not technical, there are some steep climbs so you should be in good physical health and have a decent fitness level base.

You should have a good base level of fitness as this will be around 8 hours of walking with some steep climbs.
What if I don't want to finish the walk at the Surrey Three Peaks?
If you feel like you can't go any further, you will be taken to a safe pick-up point for taxi. Please note, you will incur the cost of the taxi.
Can I bring my dog to the Surrey Three Peaks?
Yes! Dogs are very welcome as long as they are well behaved. You have full responsibility of your dog.
