Route information
Swim
The 750m swim will be a mass start from the beach. From here, you will complete a sea swim towards the yellow buoy, then head left to the second yellow buoy before swimming back to shore.
Bike
This 23k route will be along open roads, so it is vital that you adhere to the Highway Code at all times.
Run
The 5.8k run will end the triathlon or swimrun. This will be a circular route along open roads, starting and finishing at Sandpit Field.
Aquabike
The aquabike event will involve the same swim as the triathlon, followed by a 23k bike.
SwimRun
The aquathlon event will involve the same swim as the triathlon, followed by a 5k run.

This event is open to competitors who will be aged 16 or over on by31st December 2023.
