Route information
The MoRun events proudly support Movember, the only charity tackling men's health on a global scale, year round.
Runners will take on 1 lap for the 5k route, and 2 laps for the 10k. Previous event results can be seen here.
Run around Singleton Park for this scenic MoRun. This is a flat but off-road course, which can get muddy in places, so trail running shoes are advised. There is a mix between trail running and paths on the course. The course is suitable for buggy running but not for wheelchairs. Please note that there are 2 road-crossings on the course, so it is important to take good care.
