Lock 2 Lock SwimRun run is a fantastic adventure set in the organic landscapes including,, semi-ancient woodlands and the River Thames down-stream water's .1000 acre's of woodlands trails to explore, we have selected a route which includes some hills, flats ,and down sections, meandering through the woodland's cross -country trails.
