Route information
SWIM (400M)
Start with a 400m swim in Tadcaster Community Pool. Emerging from the swim, you head to transition at the Coors Brewery car park.

BIKE (14K)
From here, the bike section takes a rural route towards the villages of Boston Spa and Bramham before returning to transition in Tadcaster.

RUN (7K)
The run follows the road to Newton Kyme along a tarmac path by the road where it turns back towards Tadcaster on an unsurfaced footpath along the river bank.

The finish is back where you started outside the Community Swimming Pool.

We suggest that you use the town car park (behind Cyclesense) which is accessed from A659 (Chapel Street).

Roadside parking is available off Station Road, BUT please avoid parking on Station Road as it is on the cycle route.
The transition area is in Coors brewery car park which will require a short run from the pool and a road crossing. You may leave some footwear outside the pool exit door before your swim.
Event day logistics
07:00 - Registration opens at Pool. Registration will remain open until 12:00. Please register and rack your bike at least 90 minutes before your start time. Changing rooms available.
