Route information
This is a 7hr Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7hr time limit which starts from the official event start time. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available.
The course along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed so no navigational experience is required. The course is mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section. Road shoes are suitable all year round.
The course is subject to some change near the time of the event depending on our health and safety review of the course and council / land owner final approval.

There is free parking in streets near to the venue. Alternatively, there are plenty of public car parking spaces nearby. You can also often find much cheaper parking if you arrange parking online.

Aid Station
There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 3.8 miles.
On Site Facilities
There are toilets available at the race HQ from 9am, however this venue does not have any changing facilities. If you are starting earlier and need to use the toilet beforehand, Sainsburys supermarket is a very short distance from the start.
Distance Pins
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
Age Requirements
You'll need to be be aged 18 or over to take part in this event.
