Starting and finishing in Newcastle Emlyn you will make your way along quiet tracks and fields to the picturesque Cenarth Falls, following the river path, then through some woodlands before returning to Newcastle Emlyn!

Did the 10 km in 2019

This was a great inaugural event in the picturesque Teifi valley in West Wales. Gathering in the grounds of the ruined Newcastle Emlyn castle we set off out through the town and were soon out in the countryside - climbing and the descending the small valleys and through a few fields - bit muddy in places but thats all part of the fun. At the half way point in beautiful Cenarth Falls on the River Teifi was a well stocked drinks and snacks station and then the race winds along the natural path along the river bank before climbing back out of the valley and heading back towards Newcastle Emlyn. The terrain was a mixture of road, trail, path and field with some natural obstacles - it was tough - the climbs are steep - but the marshals were friendly and the atmosphere fun. Medal, T-Shirt too - I'll be back next year.
