About
A Wednesday evening friendly 750m open water swim time trial (TT), in the sea at Teignmouth Beach starting at 18:30. This event is one of six throughout the summer. The distance is measured the same each event to account for the tide. A bottle of prosecco for the first male, first female and the swimmer deemed the 'best trier'. A lucky draw for all competitors to win a free sports massage. All prize winners get free entry to the next TT. As you finish you get a cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee to keep you warm. The presentation will take place as soon as the last swimmer finishes. Results will be posted online.

A deep water start. Anticlockwise, rectangle course, marked with large yachting buoys. The last (right hand) turn marked with a green buoy is the swim to the shore line finish.
