A great start to anyone's running year. Beautiful course clearly signed and expertly marshalled. Also part of the Leeds Race Series. What's not to like.

Good trail race, very well organised and excellent value for money- tech tshirt, medal and goody bag! Not the most picturesque course but varied terrain to keep runners interested. Ill be back

Good mix of fast flat forest track and parkland in the first half with 3 or 4 tough hills, not least the final one onto the field, in the second half. I'll be back.

Good pre-race facilities with plenty of toilets and a baggage drop. Also a more sheltered area in the courtyard to wait if it is winding.Varied course with woodland, track and bits of road. Some challenging but good hills. Organisers could have been a bit more proactive with handing out water at the end of the race - I had to find the water bottle stack off to one side and help myself. The water station marshals were very good though.Despite the wind and the rain it was an enjoyable race and with a start time of 9.30am it still gives you plenty of time in the day after.

A run that has it all, hills, trail, mud & fun. Its 10 miles of varying terrain, the hills start at halfway, by mile 8 your back up the hills again for a tough finish, leave enough fuel for the last mile. Trail shoes recommended. Dont shy away from this run, great long sleeve tech shirt, medal n goody bag. Run TNT youll love it
