10 Hour Challenge:7:00am
In this 10 hour challenge, you'll have to complete as many 4 mile laps of the technical and challenging course as you can. From the start, you'll take on a serious and brutal clim up the first leg of the Table, but it will all be worth it when you see those stunning views to Pen Y Fan. Climbing further still, you'll reach the summit of Pen Cerrig-calch at a height of 710m. Here's where you'll start your descent past Table Mountain and back to base. Then you'll do it again and again until the 10 hours are up!
This event will finish promptly after 10 hours with the final horn and if you're not back to base when the horn sounds, the lap you're on won't count.
