Route information
This 3.5k loop will be entirely within the autumnal Regents Park, taking participants on a route around the edge of the Boating Lake making for a scenic run.
The paths are wide and flat, giving plenty of space for runners and walkers, making this a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
Course marshals will help guide runners throughout the run, and participants can choose their distance between 1 to 3 loops of the course.

Entrants can take part in the event from anywhere in the UK, no need to come to Regents park!

There will be limited parking available at the Outer Circle, outside the park. Parking for this is pay and display. It will be open from 9:00am.
By Foot
The Race HQ is located at the South end of the park, close to St John's Lodge Gardens. The closest entrances are Monkey Gate opposite Primrose Hill.
By Public Transport
There are a number of local buses that call at Regent's Park. The nearest tube station is Baker Street.

Registration
The Terry Fox Run registration booths and start line will be on the sports playing fields just off the Broadwalk (signified by the blue flag on the map). The gazebos for the registration area are close by under the tree lined area at the side of the playing fields.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time in order to complete the registration process.
Bag Drop
There will be a secure area where bags can be left, though it is recommended that you bring as little baggage as possible. Your bag tag is attached to your race number which you can tear off and attach to your bag.
Refreshments
There will be water stations at the bandstand and coffee and snacks provided by the Four Seasons hotel.
Post-run Raffle
All participants receive a free entry for the amazing raffle prizes. At the event village, additional raffle tickets will be sold during the event. Please note the winners must be present to collect their prize.
Toilets
There are public toilets in Regents Park which you'll be able to use a minute’s walk from the start area and event village.
