Course Details
The route is multi-terrain – a mixture of concrete path and grass.
All 5km/10km runners will start together. 5km runners run 1 lap, 10km runners run 2 laps.
All courses are well signposted and marshalled as well as there will be a lead cyclist and trail marker.
Clearly-marked multi-terrain routes (1 lap 5km/2 laps 10km) with plenty of marshals, a lead cyclist and tail marker.
Plenty of water stations too, should it be during an epic heatwave as it was in 2018!
The 2.5km is one lap, starting and finishing at the same place.
All 5km/10km runners will start together. 5km runners run 1 lap, 10km runners run 2 laps. There is a water station for the 10km runners just after the half-way point.
All courses are well sign posted and marshalled as well as there will be a lead cyclist and tail marker.

What a friendly, beautiful race to come back to running too. The event organiser and Marshall’s where friendly and informative. The route was beautiful and loved that it was multi terrain, I only ran the 5k but will definitely be back to participate in the 10k. I can not fault this race at all, it was well sign posted, water on the course, briefing was spot on, lots of friendly Marshall’s and a nice bit of bling waiting at the end. Thank you

Really enjoyed this run out. Lovely setting & weather.
Only thing that was very dodgy was the ground in places, very easy to twist your ankle or worse.
Couldnt see the dodgy bits as covered in grass

Fantastically run even, unfortunately tough course with very challenging terrain.
