Route Type Loop
The route follows a two loop course along the Hove Promenade. The course is pancake flat and carries a certificate of course accuracy so fast times and PB's are guaranteed.
Arena 80 AC is pleased to announce that the popular Hove Prom 10K race returns in 2022 for the thirteenth year.
The fast and flat 10K course uses two loops along the promenade and with the right weather, fast times are extremely likely. The event is also included as part of the Sussex Grand Prix championships and therefore attracts the top runners from all over the county.

The event is accessible by car and there is parking located surrounding Hove Lagoon. Please pay attention to any parking charges in the area.
Trains
Portslade railway station is the closest to the lagoon, but is around a 1 mile walk or cycle from the station to the race HQ.

Marshals
The course is marshalled by the NiceWork club members. There will be a sweep runner following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
