Tunbridge Wells Harriers are delighted that the Eridge Park 10 Trail Challenge returns again in 2022 for a 23rd time. The event has regularly been voted in the top races in the UK.
It is important not to stray from the marked route and to treat livestock, crops and machinery with respect; leave no litter; cause no fire; or make any unnecessary noise.  Enjoy the privilege of using the park, its life and work.

By Car
The postcode for your Satnav is TN3 9JT (OS grid ref 564358) or see the separate map below.
Take the A26 south of Tunbridge Wells approx. 3 miles to Eridge Green (40 mph).  After passing the Nevill Crest & Gun pub, turn left in 150m, opposite the Church.  If approaching from Crowborough /Eridge Station, the entrance is 100m past the bus stop on the right.
By Train
Come by train to either Tunbridge Wells Central and taxi to the event or to Eridge station where it is a gentle 1.5mile jog on the A26 North to the park.

Age Requirements
You must be 17 years old to take part.
Bag Drop
There will be a Bag drop at this event.
Race Packs
Race packs will be collected on the day from Race HQ. This is where you’ll pick up your race pack, leave your bag and can ask any last-minute questions.
Toilets
There will be toilets available for use on site.
Massage Stations
Post-race massage stations will be easily accessible from the finish line.
Aid Stations
Four drinks stations with Jelly Babies and retirement points will be provided. Refreshments will be available at the finish.
St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance.
Marshals
The course is marshalled by the NiceWork club members. There will be a sweep runner following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Course Markings
The course is marked with red hazard tape in the trees, yellow flags and blue arrows on the ground.
Route Rules
It is important not to stray from the marked route and to treat livestock, crops and machinery with respect.

It was nice to return to this event after an absence of 4 years. I completed the course in a quicker time on this occasion which naturally delighted me. The t shirt was great and I shall wear that with honour!

It was a lovely but hard run and I have to confess I was disappointed to find out at mile 5 that this race doesn’t have medals 😱 but the marshals where amazing a great run

Amazing trail race. Really well organised, friendly, and relaxed set-up (parking, loos, etc). Course is tough! Some very steep, and long hills at points, and some equally fast downhills. Loved rocketing through the woods and jumping over the odd bog/ditch/stream. I got away with road trainers as it's been so dry this summer but would want trail shoes if had been really wet before. Recommended!

I ran with my son (as we did in 2019) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank God for the wonderful sunny morning and the amazing views, and the organisers, marshals, and cake makers for all their hard work which as always make it such a successful event!

Bit disappointed I was put in a F55 I don't have much chance against that age group but you have a M60 and M70 ?

Eridge 10 is THE BEST trail run in Kent and quite possibly the UK. A challenging route with a good dose of climbing, it has beer and cake at the finish. A perfect race.

Hills, mud and bogs (Tie you shoes tight) and some great views. T shirt, beer and cake, can't fault it
