This is a small, friendly, tough but brilliant event. You run 32 laps - but dont be put off, the support from running past HQ and passing/being passed by other runners so often lead to a great atmosphere. The hills, mud and puddles are not my thing at all and I didnt think after lap one I would be able to make it to 32 but I did! Feel like I can conquer any race now Ive done that. Cant wait to try some more of this companys events. We were really well looked after, thank you!

Well, I didn't expect to like the 64 times up the hills or the 31 stops to get the lap card punched but it was surprisingly ok. There was plenty of time to talk with others ( while walking up hill). The frequent walks actually helped. The 32 times past the drinks/food table and loo worked well and it was a great atmosphere and great training. If you can get through this you can probably get through anything. You'll be lucky to get a pb but there's something quite achievable about just another 0.84 mile course. Lovely people. I doubt I would rush to do it again but don't let the laps put you off- it's better than you think. And you can walk up them there hills.

Selected this event as training for an ultra at the end of March. I have to admit I wasn't looking forward to it once I discovered it was 32 circuits. However I have to be honest I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely course. Really well organised and supper friendly people. I can definitely recommend.
