Route information
This is a six hour event, meaning you can run as far as you want during the six hours. You may even be able to run a little bit more if you're lucky, as long as you are leaving the Base Camp by 5:59:59 you get to run another lap. If you start at 11:am then this a four hour cut off, which means as long as the clock and if you start at 09:00am then you have the full 6 hours.
This race is ideal for those who want to try and achieve a new distance, but with the added bonus of no navigation, no kit required, an aid station every lap and straightforward logistics.
The course will be utilising the Mount Barrow (road route) which is a 6.55 mile out and back sociable Road Route. This is a lovely route with fantastic views across Suffolk.
