What’s Included
There will be medals and finish line goodies on offer to all finishers.

Entry fee includes vehicle admission charges.

There are prizes on offer to leading men and ladies plus a variety of age category prizes and team prizes for both male and female (3 to score).
Course Details
The course is two laps for the half marathon and a single loop for the 10K of an undulating route around the trails and paths within Bedgebury Forest. Starting and finishing within the Pinetum, the route should be quiet with no vehicle traffic, although there will be other forest users and bicycles crossing the routes, so runners should be alert to other users.
Raceday Logistics

Let's Do This always recommend that you arrive at least 45 mins before your start time so that you have enough time to both register and prep for the race start.

Facilities:

Toilets
On Site Parking – vehicle admission charge included in entry fee
Baggage Drop Off
Refreshments

First Aid:

St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep runner following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.

Results:

Your individual time and position will be recorded by our chip timing team. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre, but please allow time for manual processing. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.

Volunteers

If you would like to volunteer to help at any of our events, there are a variety of roles available from marshalling to helping with event set-up. We offer our volunteers a free entry to a future race and, in some cases, expenses are available. If interested, please contact: [email protected]

FAQs

How do I attach my timing chip?

Your timing chip is incorporated into your race number and should not be removed. Please place the race number on the front of your vest/shirt and not on your leg or back.

How do I attach my race number?

Please attach your race number to the front of your running top or vest using safety pins or clips, securing it on all four corners. Please don’t attach your number to the back of your shirt as it is difficult for our timekeepers and marshals to identify you.

So good to get that finisher's medal for my final race of the year. It was a fantastically run event and lovely route.

Had a go at the 10k as it was my first race in a while. The mixed-terrain was slightly challenging but the still a lovely run. Only lacked in a bit of atmosphere but everything else was spot on.

Not a huge fan of doing events towards the back end of Autumn but I heard a lot of hype about this event and it definitely lived up to it. great course, so well organised. A big thumbs up

Great event. Had a a crack at the half marathon which had such a great route through the forest. Everything was so easy from the travel to the marshal's being super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful woods and gardens, a mixture of wood trails and park paths. Pretty squelchy in places when I ran it so not necessarily one for a PB but really enjoyed the views, mix of terrain and a few challenging hills. Would definitely do it again.

I’ve been a trail runner convert after running a Bedgebury half and prior to that the 10kms and love it so much I’ve committed annually - nature, beauty, mud, hills and laughter! Simply fabulous!

Challenging and varied course, multi terrain and affected by weather.
Well organised and run and organisers work hard to make runners welcome and informed throughout.
