This is the first race of the Bedgebury Pinetum Summer 10k and 5k series - the perfect post-work exercise.
The route takes you through this scenic woodland, over exposed trunks, and flanked by towering trees.
This is a looped course, with 5k athletes completing it once, and 10k participants doing it twice.
