You will start and finish at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting club where there will be an aid station. This fast and flat 4.37 mile route will be the perfect opportunity to go for your PB and stretch yourself to see how far you can go.
The course will be fully signed so there is no need for navigation.

There is a large public car park available for you to use. It has a Parking Eye set up, so please ensure you remember to pay when you leave.

Event day logistics
09:00 7 hour challenge starts
Due to the lack of light in the winter months, this event will be starting at 9 am.
There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilets at race HQ at the start/finish area. There are also changing facilities at the venue.
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
Ages 16 and above are welcome to participate in The Big Midweek Run Theory.

Yes there will be an area where you can leave your bag. Please note that this area will be unsupervised and all items are left at their own risk.

This event is open the entrants aged 16 and over.
What is the terrain like for The Big Midweek Run Theory?
The event is on the Thames Path, which will mostly be trail. It is a nice and flat course.
