Route information
This is a 7hr Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a full lap. A full lap is 3.28 mile course at this venue.
The course is within Herrington Country park and the final route will be announced a few weeks prior to the event.

There will be distance pins for all runners who do a half-marathon or more. There will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon.
Facilities
There will be toilets and changing facilities on site near the start/finish area.
