Hi. I'm disabled, I lost both my legs below the knee just before lockdown. I am currently learning to walk with prosthetic legs. I am very interested in doing the 5K and wondered if it would be ok to walk the 5k course (with my dog on a lead) and use it my inspiration to get off my backside and walk
