Route Type Loop
This 6 hour event means that you take control of the distance you run. Since this course is 5.59k, it means that in 4 laps you'll run a half marathon, 8 laps is a marathon, and any more than 9 is an classed as an Ultra. You can finish the event any time in the 6 hours, you take control of your race.
The event will be taking place in a County Park that is open to the public. Runners will not have the right of way and we will need to be considerate to all the other users of the area, be it walkers, cyclists, families.

Cut-off Time
There is a time limit of 6 hours for this event. This means that you need to have completed your final lap before the end of the 6 hours for it to be counted towards your final distance.
Bag Drop
There is not a secure baggage area on site, however you are welcome to leave your bag at base camp. The Rasselbock Team can’t guarantee your belonging's safety, however there will always be someone from Rasselbock around. It is recommended to leave things in your car.
Toilets
There will be some public toilets that will be open for use and are located at the side of the cafe around 80 meters from the Race HQ.
Aid Stations
There will be a fully stocked aid station at base camp stocked with sweet and savoury items.
Water Stations
This event operates on a bring your own bottle policy. Plastic cups and bottles will not be supplied. You will be required to bring your own water bottle, collapsable cup, or similar to the event.
Bringing your own fuel
You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink to the aid station. There will be a separate table for these so ensure all items are clearly labelled.
Dogs
You are not permitted to run with your dog at this event.

Just very muddy but can’t be helped!Organisation and team wee amazing! It’s nice to do something a bit different and really enjoyed it (apart from the mud).

It was a tough course but really enjoyable. The event was ran smoothly with great marshals. The medal was amazing and much better than I have recieved at much bigger events.

Great day out! Really well organised, good support throughout the course. Great refreshments throughout also. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be doing another event with them in the future!
