Get full directionsThe race HQ and Start of the event is just off Penkridge Bank Road, within Cannock Chase. The race is best accessed by car and there will be parking on site at Takeroo. Please follow signs to the designated carpark.
Please note that the race HQ is not located at the Main Go Ape Visitor Centre.

By Train
Rugeley Town is the closest train station to the start location, situated 2.7 miles away. Those travelling by train could use this distance as a warm up for their race.
Event day logistics
10:00 Both races begin
*Participants are advised to arrive at least 45 minutes before the race start time to allow enough time to drop your bag, register, attach your race number and warm up.
Race Packs
Entrants who have entered in good time will have their race packs sent in the post 10 days before event day.
Those who have entered in the 10 days before race day will collect their race pack at registration on the day of the event.
If your race pack hasn't arrived, head to the registration desk at race HQ and you can be issued with a new one.
A full set of race instructions will be sent via email before the event.
Spectator Info
Spectators are encouraged to come along and generate a great atmosphere at the Race HQ.
Afterward, supporters can explore the park's beauty for themselves.
