Route description

A major fundraising event for Havens Hospice, this year is even more important. Entries will help support this wonderful charity in their work to provide palliative nursing and supportive care to adults, young people and children living with complex or incurable conditions across Essex.

This event is definitely one to add to your racing calendar, with a single lap course on road and tarmac paths.

This almost completely flat route starts and finishes in Central Park, making the whole course a scenic rural route, undulating through nearby countryside and quaint villages in North Essex.

The race has a stunning finish line, down an avenue of autumn trees in Central Park. The race draws a large crowd, with many supporters and friendly marshals on the route to cheer you on, so sign up early to make sure you don't miss out!

*Aid stations and finish-line goodies are subject to COVID-19 regulations at the time of the race.
