The 15 miler race is the most popular of distances and offers a stunning route through the Clwydian range with some formidable climbs throughout.
The 5 mile race provides a quicker alternative which can be run or walked, be aware though there will still be some steep ascents during it.

What time is registration?
Registration will take place between 0830 - 0900, please ensure you allow plenty of time to complete this process.
Where does the race start?
The race will kick-off in the picture perfect village of Llangynhafal in the Vale of Clwyd.
Do I have to run?
These races can be either ran or walked, however if you think you will struggle to complete it in a good time then it is recommended you take part in the 5 mile event.
