Route information
All distances will take routes out of the National Sports Stadium and around Crystal Palace Park. The start and finish are on the track at The National Sports Stadium, with the race village. Over 95% of the course is on park pathways and running track.
Whether you are an experienced or novice runner, this event promotes a community environment to support every runner no matter of their ability.
The organisers have a comprehensive range of trophies available for the first 3 male and female finishers in all age groups (5 year gaps up to 60+) in the 5k and 10k, and all junior age groups (2 year gaps, and age 14-20) in the 3k. Of course, they have trophies as well for the first 3 overall male and female finishers in each distance.
