Absolutely loved the course - hilly in a couple of places but beautiful scenery and really friendly. Dedham is beautiful and so welcoming after if you want to grab a coffee. I'd recommend taking your own safety pins as of you were towards the end of the line picking up your number they had run out. For the organisation it was mostly great but I would suggest moving the first water station to the left (so don't miss it in case of incoming traffic) and perhaps to make the second longer as there was a pile up with the 3k merge. Overall can't wait to don't again next year!

A great run, having ran this 4 or 5 times, the only thing I think needs improving is the number collection, maybe allow people to collect numbers the day before?

This is a hilly and tough course for a runner new to 10 k. But its beautiful, taking in the best of Constable Country. Highly recommended but make sure you do plenty of hill runs first. The hill around 4 miles is a killer so pacing is essential.
