This unique event will take you, blindfolded, to a mystery location, setting you the challenge of covering the 15 or 10 miles back to the event HQ in Brighouse unaided.
With no GPS devices, maps, or watches, it's completely up to you if you make it back within the time limit. Choose your own route and take on this incredible adventure!

Cut-Off Times
15 Mile entrants will have to make their way back within 5 hours, and 10 Mile entrants will have 4 hours to get back.
Age Restrictions
All entrants must be 18 years old or older.
Mandatory Kit
- Waterproof jacket
- Waterproof trousers
- Foil blanket
- Whistle
- GPS tracker - this will be supplied at registration to be returned when you finish
Rules
If you are found doing any of the following, you will be disqualified:
- Using a GPS device
- Using a map other than any that the organiser chooses or (doesn't choose) to give you
- Using anything except your own two legs to get you to the finish
- Breaking the seal on the emergency kit bag
FAQs
Will there be a support vehicle during The Drop - 15 or 10 Mile Brighouse?
Support and assistance will be available after the race, but there will be no support vehicle, aid station or First Aid support during the event.
Can I use a map during The Drop - 15 or 10 Mile Brighouse?
You may only use a map if one is provided to you prior to the challenge starting - you cannot use any personal maps you may have.
Can I take a drop bag with me for The Drop - 15 or 10 Mile Brighouse?
You can leave a drop bag at registration for you to collect when you finish. Your drop bag can be no bigger than 75 X 48 X 104 cm (the same size as a shoe box).
