This 50 mile ultra follows the untouched paths of The Epynt Way which surround The MOD Sennybridge Training Area. Be prepared for hills as participants climb over 8,000 feet over the course of the route. The EDDUM provides the ultimate experience of Welsh trail running, creating lifelong memories for participants.

Time Limits and Checkpoints
There are no time limits or cut off times, the event staff will support you to the finish line however long it takes you - just don't pitch up a tent ;-).
There are 5 checkpoints along the route. Perfect to stock up on fuel mid-race with snacks, drinks, power banks, encouragement and music. Let the event staff know your dietary requirements during signup.

FAQs
Is there an age limit for The EDDUM?
Yes, participants are required to be at least 18 years old on race day. However, individuals 16 or older can participate as long as they have a parent or guardian run/walk with them for the duration of the event.
Is there a time limit for The EDDUM?
There is no time limit. The event staff will do everything they can to support participants to the finish line.
Where can I find the results after The EDDUM?

What communications can I expect after signing up to The EDDUM?
Firstly a ‘welcome to the party’ email. Then emails 6, 4 and 2 weeks before the event date. Finally a phone call from the Race Director a couple of days before the event as a ‘peace of mind call’ to answer any questions and ensure you are ready for the big day.
