With 450ft of elevation gain per loop, you must tackle farmland, single-track trails, and woodland dirt tracks for 4.1 miles every hour until you are the last man or woman standing.

Quitting
Should you decide to quit between 21:00 and 09:00 you will need to stay on-site so that traffic noise does not upset neighbouring properties.
Rules
- There will be only 1 athlete who does not receive a DNF that will be crowned the champion.
- This is a "Silver Ticket" event, the winner will automatically receive a place on the national team.
