With 450ft of elevation gain per loop, you must tackle farmland, single-track trails, and woodland dirt tracks for 4.1 miles every hour until you are the last man or woman standing.

Camping will be available from Friday, the day before the race begins.
Event day logistics
09:00 The Cow Shed Backyard Ultra begins
- Appropriate clothing for the weather
- Head torch
- Spare head torch batteries
Support crew You will be able to set up camp for you and a support crew throughout the event.
Should you decide to quit between 21:00 and 09:00 you will need to stay on-site so that traffic noise does not upset neighbouring properties.
- There will be only 1 athlete who does not receive a DNF that will be crowned the champion.
- This is a "Silver Ticket" event, the winner will automatically receive a place on the national team.
