The Festival of Endurance at Hever Castle routes

The historic grounds and former home to Anne Boleyn are home to an incredible celebration of athleticism. The Festival of Endurance truly has something for everyone whether they are a purist looking to perfect a long distance swim or would rather mix it up with an interdisciplinary triathlon.

A couple of highlights of this event include swimming in the Hever Castle Moat, and the stunning gardens of both Hever Castle and nearby Chiddingstone Castle. This race has been dubbed the friendliest triathlon on the racing calendar, and each year it continues to grow in popularity.

Please make sure you arrive with plenty of time to get parked, registered and your transition set up. Information will be available two weeks before the event on what time transition must be cleared.

Spectators

Spectators are encouraged to come out to this spectacle of an event. The grounds of the castle are filled with food vendors and other entertainment so bring the whole family down and take in everything this awesome event has to offer.

You will need to bring your BTF License with you on race-day to avoid paying an additional £6.

    A very well organised event, lovely course consisting of two laps. A mostly trail run with a bit of road, very small stretches of the run where it’s too narrow to pass other runners, it wasn’t a problem though.
    Would highly recommend
