Route information
A weekend of good times, adventure workshops, guest speakers and of course trail running. This isn’t a race. This is an experience to empower people in the world of trail running.
The Black Mountains are the perfect location for this adventure. You will take on a mix of guided hikes and trail runs in a safe and supportive environment with the FLANCI / Pegasus Family.
You will kick off the weekend with a 2 mile sunset guided hike. On the Saturday you will complete an 8 mile run, with 1,500ft elevation gain. On Sunday, you will tackle a casual 4 mile hike, with 1,000ft of elevation gain.

Accommodation
Accommodation at our beautiful bunkhouse is included in your entry fee. There is full electrics, toilets and showers and plenty of space for everyone!

FRIDAY;
17:00 to 18:30 – Runner check in – Pegasus HQ Crickhowell
18:30 to 19:00 – FLANCI Experience Kick Off
19:00 to 20:30 – Weekend overview, Pizza Served and First Guest Speaker
20:30 to 20:40 – Get shoes on and get ready for a guided sunset hike with our Guest Speaker
20:40 to 22:00 – Night time hike from bunkhouse for sunset on Table Mountain, – 2 miles, 500ft elevation gain
SATURDAY;
06:30 to 08:00 – Breakfast Served
08:00 to 09:20 – First Trail Running Workshop
09:20 to 09:30 – Get shoes on, pick up your bags and head out on the trails
09:30 to 14:30 – Guided trail run, 8 miles, 1,500ft elevation gain
12:30 to 15:30 – Lunch served at Pegasus HQ in Crickhowell
15:30 to 17:00 – Second Trail Running Workshop
17:00 to 19:00 – Social time & drinks served
19:00 to 21:30 – Dinner served & Second Guest Speaker
21:30 to 22:30 – Get to know your She Runners, ask questions to the experts and socialise
SUNDAY;
07:00 to 08:30 – Breakfast served
08:30 to 09:00 – Get shoes on, pick up your bags and head out on the trails
09:00 to 12:00 – Guided trail hike, 4 miles, 1,000ft elevation gain
12:00 – Best wishes and farewells

This experience is for the FLANCI Community. If you have a love for trail running, learning new skills and spending time with inspiring people then this experience is for you. It is great training for events you may have on the horizon. It is an excellent opportunity to work on your navigation skills. It is also a fantastic time for getting to know your fellow FLANCI Runners. Get out what you put in and we promise you a fun, friendly and all inclusive weekend of adventure in the beautiful Black Mountains.
