Route information
The course starts on the Leas, down at steep hill onto the Road of Remembrance and through the coastal park before an out and back section to Hythe and back again.
The race does not have exclusive use of the promenade, so runners are asked to please be aware of any other promenade users.

Located within the Grand Hotel will be Race HQ. It will be clearly signposted and the start/finish area will be on The Leas immediately outside the HQ.
Parking
There is parking at the Leas Cliff Hall car park approximately half a mile from the HQ.
By Train
The closest railway station is Folkestone West but trains are very limited on Sundays.

If you have entered the race in good time, your race number will be sent to you in the post.
Please ensure that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race in order to drop your bag and complete the registration process.
Age Requirements
Entrants must be 17 and older to enter the Half Marathon. There is no age requirement to enter the Children's Race.
Race Packs
Entrants who have entered in good time will have their race packs sent in the post 10 days before event day.
Those who have entered in the 10 days before race day will collect their race pack at registration on the day of the event.
If your race pack hasn’t arrived, head to the registration desk at race HQ and you can be issued with a new one.
A full set of race instructions will be sent via email before the event.
