Did the 10k in 2020
Tough four lap course and running in darkness takes getting used to at first. However, it's a great venue for a race in this time of COVID and as always, Nice Work's organisation was first class. Very quick at the front, but the course suits runners of all levels. Very accessible and easy parking. Looking forward to shaving off a few seconds in November ! Thanks to all at Nice Work for putting this series on.… read more

Route description
Route description

The 10k and 5k courses use the fast tarmac cycle circuit. The 10k event will cover four laps and the 5k event will be two laps.

This fast and undulating course gives runners a few inclines to have a go at, as well as a long downhill section. The whole course covers the tarmac roads using the outer circuit of the Cyclopark.

Runners should be aware that although the majority of the Cyclopark is floodlit, the extremities of the circuit are not. There will be additional lighting in these areas; however, you may wish to run with a head torch if you struggle to see in low light.

Races in the series include:

  • Race One – 29th April 2021
  • Race Two - 27th May 2021
  • Race Three - 24th June 2021
  • Race Four - 29th July 2021
  • Race Five - 26th August 2021
  • Race Six - 30th September 2021
  • Race Seven - 28th October 2021
  • Race Eight - 25th November 2021
  • Race Nine - 23rd December 2021
