Route information
The run course will start & finish at the Oyster Wharf in Mumbles and proceed along the beautiful seafront promenade. Please keep to the left hand side at all times and please respect other path users.
1k Fun Run Route will be an out and back route on the safe and secure promenade.

Parking
Knab Rock car park is a short walk from the start. Charges may apply. There is additional parking in the surrounding area.
Event day logistics
10:30 1k Kids run starts
11:00 5k and 10k start
Registration opens at 9:00am
Please arrive with plenty of time to park, register and warm up.
Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 10 or older for the 5k
All runner must be aged 13 or older for the 10k.
All kids taking part in the 1k race must be under the age of 13 years
Fancy Dress
Festive fancy dress is very much encouraged at this run!
