Route information
Starting from Haven Banks, Exeter’s Quayside area opposite The Quay Climbing Centre, runners will turn right and cross the Exe via the weirs, running through the Hoopern Valley, through the University campus, Mincing Lake park, the Ludwell valley and the Barley Valley.
Anyone can run as a team of up to six or as an individual.

- Yellow Zone - (Haven Banks to the bridge at Marsh Barton 9.2 miles)
- Green Zone - Haven Banks to Haven Banks: 14.1 miles

The event site is opposite Quay Climbing Centre, Exeter EX2 8AX. Exeter St Thomas station is just a 10 minute walk from the Climbing Centre and is well connected.
Finish Line
Yellow Zone runners need to make their own way back from their finish points back to the start.

There will be a cut-off time of 4 hours, which should make this event possible to walk for those who wish to.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 18 and older to enter the event. Those taking part in the red zone must be 12 or older.

Race packs will be available for collection at the event.

A link to the race manual will be emailed to participants prior to race day with all the information they will need.
Canicross Entry
If you wish to enter with your dog, please select the 'Canicross Entry' ticket at checkout.
Team Entry
